Why was my payment declined?

If you'd like to purchase Rubies using a credit or debit card and the payment is declined, it can due to a number of reasons:

  • If a debit has already been placed, this is saved in the system and so it will always be declined. Unfortunately we can't reverse this. Therefore we ask you to use one of the other payment methods we offer.
  • You only have three attempts to enter the correct details.
  • A payment can only be made once in any 48 hour period using a credit or debit card.
  • Our supplier's system will not accept some data.
